Abstract: Seasonal variations impact numerous physiological processes, yet their effects on health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in coronary artery disease (CAD) patients remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate the role of seasonality on HRQoL in individuals with CAD. A total of 453 patients completed HRQoL questionnaires across different seasons.

Findings indicated significant seasonal differences in physical and emotional health domains, with worse outcomes reported during winter months. These results underscore the necessity of considering seasonal effects when assessing patient-reported outcomes and designing clinical interventions for CAD patients.
